A super exclusive Cigar Jar.
The Montecristo Robustos Millenium Reserve Cigar Jar is quite possibly ranked as one of the most coveted pieces amongst collectors worldwide.
At the turn of the millenium, Habanos SA released three super exclusive Cigar Jars, namely the 'Reserva del Milenio' or Millenium Reserve, in English. These three jars came under three brands: Montecristo, Cohiba and Cuaba. The total production was estimated at about 24,000 jars in total: divided as 10,000 Montecristo Robustos Jars, 10,000 Cohiba Piramides Jars and 4,000 Cuaba Distinguidos Jars. Needless to say, these are as rare as they get these days and their prices have skyrocketed since their original release in the early 2000s. The quality of the tobacco used for the manufacturing of these cigars was the very best Cuba could produce at the time.
Another interesting fact is that the Robusto vitola was never before used under the Montecristo Cigar Brand making this edition extra special.
